Hello! I'm Tia, Product Designer, UI/UX Designer.

HELLO!

我是Tia 陳亭妍,
擁有 8 年以上使用者介面/體驗、產品設計工作經驗，跨足多個產業(IT、AI科技、網路科技、新聞媒體)，包括to B和to C。除了扎實的使用者介面/體驗能力，且具備產品思維，熟悉前期競品分析了解市場趨勢、中期使用者訪談與數據觀察研究出洞察，到最後概念測試完成打造出產品設計，上線後落地到各個敏捷開發流程。
我是個善於聆聽的人，成為團隊合作中的重要橋樑；並且勇於改變，新事物激發出我更多的靈感與想像，這使我在設計上更具有創造力。職涯目標是期待能持續設計出具良好體驗與影響力的產品與服務。
I'm Tia,
I specialize in product design, with 8 years of experience in user interface and user experience design in media content and AI technology fields.
In my past experience, I have successfully revamped 3 product design projects, and defined new design styles that are continuing to be used until now.
For the revamp projects, I analyzed competitors to understand market trends, derived insights from user interviews and data analysis. I also collaborated with Product Managers, Development teams, and marketing departments to evaluate the risks of new features, and finalize a year’s product design roadmap.
About my future career planning, the short-term goal is to deeply learn data analysis and user interview skills to improve my efficiency in user research; the long-term goal is to develop my breadth of skills, strengthening my abilities in business strategy ideations and market trend insights. I hope to transition across fields to a Product Manager position.
My supervisors and colleagues always describe me as a communicative person and active listener, who is willing to embrace change, and passionate about art.
Also, prioritizing a balance between life and work is crucial to me because I believe it helps maintain passion and be able to get design inspiration from life experience.

2022.11-2024.02 TVBS Media Inc | Senoir Product Designer

A commercial television broadcasting company.
Revamp B2C content platform - TVBS News App/Website and created a new UI style for TVBS news users, defined product strategies based on research result.
Proposed and implemented branding strategy for a new product - TVBS ESG.

  • Conducted trendscape competitive analysis to position the product in the market.
  • Analyzed multi-stakeholders and target users' behaviors, and created journey mapping to find the pain points and turn them into key features.
  • Generated ideas, extract unbiased insights from data on current products iteration.

2022.03-2022.11 PIXNET | Senior UI/UX Designer

A Taiwanese blogging Platform.
Revamp B2C PIXNET blog platform (APP/Website) from scratch.

  • Conducted competitive analysis and user interview to get the key metrics and turn into the product strategy.
  • Created and managed a new design library system.
  • Collaborated with data analysis team to define and generate the key functional features.
  • Created usability and visual mockups for appealing UI/UX solutions.

2020.06-2022.02 Emotibot Taipei | UI/UX designer

A SaaS company that integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into businesses, based startup on Shanghai.
Key designer in Taipei region, responsible for the overall design projects (B2B text analysis AI SaaS service), i.e. Gemini, Easycard chatbot and etc.

  • Created and managed design library system of the product/project.
  • Conducted complex domain of qualitative research, in-depth interview on focus group and concept testing.
  • Worked cross-functionally with product and businesses teams, engineers and AI trainer from Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou to enhance interfaces and experiences.

2017.02-2020.05 BountyHunter | Designer

A platform that share and build competition informations.
To C : Redesign BountyHunter - a competition information platform.
To B : Redesign BountyHunter backend - a website builder service.

  • Responsible for the overall design of the projects and products.
  • Designed user interfaces from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and finalizing designs.
  • Analyzed user feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the performance and functionality of APP/WEB.

2015.11-2017.01 Feiten Technology | UI Designer

A software development company that provide IT consulting and software development services.
Key designer in Feiten , responsible for the overall UI/UX design on customer projects(APP/WEB) and experimental product.

  • Designed user interfaces and defined user experiences to finalizing designs.
  • Prototyped user flow and transform them into polished presentations.
  • Defined design requirements based on the insights from client interviews.
  • Supported visual design and marketing planning on social media.
